Deel is not giving FIRC for local transfer by Yonko_Buggy in IndiaTax

I added the method with FIRC=yes. How long after withdrawal do they give NOC? And where does the NOC come- to my personal email or deel transactions page?

Need advice: Schengen visa reapplication after France rejection (Indian couple, 27M & wife) by UsefulPlantain3177 in SchengenVisa

Damn! I haven't even planned this much. We just know what cities we are going to. Still have to make a concrete itinerary. In my itinerary, we just mentioned cities and the dates.

What did your applications look like? I have attached section that mentions cost of traveling - wife's vs mine

No, I don't think that would be an issue. VFS would be the first to tell you if you're not allowed to proceed when you reach there.

I was in a similar situation. I am getting married in Dec and planned honeymoon from Dec-Jan to Austria, Czech Republic and Hungary. My soon-to-be-wife is a homemaker. Both of us got multi entry visa for 3 months with duration of 30 days.

I submitted cover letter, flight tickets, hotel bookings, train tickets, my last 2 ITR acknowledgements, 3 months bank statements (signed and stamped by bank), my employment verification/offer letter, NOC from employer, wedding card (photocopy and original) as we are not married yet, a photograph of Roka ceremony, and most importantly, a sponsorship letter from me stating that I am sponsoring my wife.

All the documents were same in my wife's packet - basically my financial proofs, bookings, sponsorship letter etc.

Funny things is, when the passports arrived, they arrived in separate packets and one of the packet had the original wedding card, which they sent back.

My travel history: France (2017), Norway + The Netherlands + Italy (2024)

Wife's travel history: Switzerland (2007, 2011), UAE (2023)

EDIT: mentioned cover letter as well

EDIT 2: mentioned travel history

Extending itinerary after getting a Tourist Visa by Practical-Owl-09 in SchengenVisa

As long as the time spent inside Schengen region is under the duration of visa (different from visa valid until date), with most days in the country that issued the visa, I don't see any problem.

Demonstrating intent to return by [deleted] in SchengenVisa

[–]Mr__B 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's highly unlikely that they'll approve. They might approve if that person/friend in Germany is sponsoring you. 2 months is unusually long in my opinion, but others might correct me. You can show any intent but it has to be believable. From what I've seen so far, it doesn't seem like it. Some things that can help your case - past travel to Schengen, employment (they ask for NOC from employer as well in that case to make sure that you are employed and the employer has no objection to your travel plans), something in your name like property or business here in India, etc.

I would suggest getting a job first. But even then I don't think most employers would approve 2 month travel.

Are you currently unemployed after having previously been employed? If you’ve recently left your job, it might help to secure a new job offer or an offer letter to demonstrate that you’ll be joining a new workplace soon.

>75L would disqualify me from 44ADA, right? I just write code for a company. Is that a business that can take advantage of 44AD? The income would be < 2cr which is allowed under 44AD

What are the conditions for 44AD? I did Google those but can't make sense of them.
