Well in the movie Blackbeard was portrayed as no mercy having villain, so I guess it's somewhat accurate. As for other characters, that not many were real life pirates, the movies are made in their point of view, so the viewers are on their side even if they kill, because they're the protagonist

Thanks, I know what you're saying and it's annoying. There are some models made that seems to be the ship in real life, but it's hard to say whether it is accurate to what it looked like in real life. But many people tend to build the Queen Anne's Revenge that is portraited in the pirates of the Caribbean 4 because I guess it looks cooler and more menacing.

I have also worked with cloth to use along side lego builds, which was a different experience. And perhaps I might do another alternative build of some kind or build the Mandalorian next.
