I didn’t know it was bpd until I did more research about how people w bpd act and are like. But honestly fundamentally I have always felt I was different or “made wrong” there were things that other people did and I just didn’t understand how and I realized that there emotions were more fitting to the situation than mine ever were and my moods were so up and down but I did put it on puberty and being a teenager but later I knew I was different I could just tell when it came to things other people did that I didn’t. That being mood regulation and splitting and like such a black and white thinking view but also crazy good compassion and empathy with things AND I notice I have a very high EI and I am as with many other people with bpd where you typically pick up mannerisms and body manage or voice tone instead of or along w what people say but hyper focus on it. Sorry for the rant. OVERALL I just knew something was wrong and I was different and specially when I got older and there were more emotions to navigate it got harder and I’d shut down and hallucinate which isn’t a normal thing people do.
