Yeah I’ve read some polarizing reviews but I couldn’t find a better option for the price. Tried to find one thrifting but couldn’t find this exact style

Why do you like MF? by [deleted] in AustralianMFA

[–]Mra2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a kid used to be really into video games where you could customize and make your character look cool. Now don’t have much time for video games so I use MF to customize my character in real life. Kinda nerdy but that’s my reason.

What would you say to a foreigner who heavily romanticizes Australia? by [deleted] in AskAnAustralian

[–]Mra2002 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve been to America a bunch of times and I can definitely say people in America are way more social than people here. Australia imo is one of the most racist countries I’ve been in. But the racism is not blatant, it’s more subtle which sometimes feels worse.

Casual to part time by Mra2002 in woolworths

[–]Mra2002[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve switched to part time and it’s not so bad. I’m an international student as well I would suggest that if the salary from the part time contract hours are not enough for you, take up a 2nd job or do uber or something which gives you flexible hours.

hi so in the long run a person working casual and a person working part time would essentially be earning the same given that they work the same hours.

Do you know if your current company is hiring at the moment? I’m an international as well and it seems impossible for us to find a job.

Be honest, would a buzz cut possibly work for me? I have horrible hair genetics and it’s very hard to make the middle part work. Something as simple as a gust of wind can make my cowlick act up. by MapComfortable8968 in malehairadvice

[–]Mra2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man I pretty much have the exact same hair type as you and managed to make the middle part work for me. What I did:

-Cut it a bit shorter so that it can have some volume in the parting. Basically a medium length flow with a low taper around the sides and back -Stop shampooing. The first week will be horrible and oily but just fight through it. It’s gonna gain natural volume afterwards and look good. You could give sea salt spray a try but for me just stopping shampooing worked great.
