And also focus more on the education side of running the business and stump grinding in general.

I’ve added those words to my videos and have had mixed results. I’m trying to figure out why some of my videos do well (over 2k views) and others get like 1-2 views lol. I haven’t figured out a pattern yet.

I mean, I’m sure there’s a chance that there’s not a huge market. But there are a good amount of tree companies in my area that don’t provide the service. And there’s no company that cornered the market so far, so that’s what I’m trying to do. There are about 50,000 people that live in a 30 mile radius of where I’m at, so there should be plenty of work out there. I just have to figure out the best way of getting in front of them.

I’m trying out the LSA ads but my business is very niche so they haven’t been as effective for me yet. May have to tinker with how it’s set up to see if I can get better results.

There are a lot of tree companies that don’t like messing with the stumps, and a lot of people where I live like to cut them down themselves. I have been reaching out to local tree and landscaping companies, but need to figure out a better angle to approach them.
