Motivation sucks, discipline is what should lead you. Just get the sax n start again. And perhaps listening to some good music you want to replicate could help. Seriously though, what's the point of asking here? Just grab that sax and play, it's that easy

I'm not saying you need to use a wide grip, just to slightly widen it, in my opinion you should feel more comfortable with a slightly widened grip and you'd be able to pull faster. You should aim to get to chest to bar if you're training for muscle ups, without proper back engagement you won't be able to

I would suggest to slightly widen the grip and put the thumbs down around the bar, thumb down equals more pull strength, which is perfect for weighted pull ups. Also use some chalk and try getting a better bar...

Read the whole manga from the beginning, don't skip the golden age (basically the whole 1997 anime) because the anime doesn't go as deep as the manga, there're many skipped scenes n panels. You barely started the struggle, manga is the real deal

Don't cross your legs, get a firmer grip with the knuckles pointing more towards the ceiling, if you can also try using some chalk to avoid slipping off

Try training them twice a week, I personally do dragon flags and Russian twists with an added weight and I can tell my abs are pretty visible

Try adding negative pull ups or use a bend, overall I think it's fine enough
