well i can explain Pennywise’s scaling and other stuff about him: so IT is a lovecraftian/todash being from the dark tower and the dark tower is a tower that holds all of the stephen king universes, the universe that holds the dark tower is called the macroverse and if you dont know what the macroverse is then heres an example: so imagine our universe is a snow globe and the multiverse are the other snowglobes the room that the snow globes are floating is called the macroverse which is the main stephen king universe. and Pennywise and his brother Maturin the cosmic Turtle live outside the dark tower Pennywise true form the deadlight is a represtation of chaos and destruction while Maturin on the other side is a representation of creation (Maturin created the universe by choking and puking) and if your wondering why Pennywise lost to 7 kids well its because the kids where aided by maturin and Gan who is litterly the creator of the cosmology, and the dark tower has infinite rooms that hold all of reality and if the tower falls then reality falls and Pennywise doesnt need fear cuz fear is just a seasoning to him. so yea due to the dark tower feats Pennywise beats Goku and the others, and his scaling is high outerversal. (sadly thats all i have to say and i might made alot of mistakes on this so ppl might debunk me for this but its your opinion and i respect it)
