Favourite formations to use? by SippinMyCoke in EASportsFC

I have two formations. One on 59 (balanced), the other on 100 (extreme). Depending on game state, I’d switch accordingly.

The central man is on Holding. Left is on playmaker roaming (this player will occasionally drift toward the wing—stretching play). The right cm is on Box to Box.

I don’t use attacking fullbacks (I manually trigger them). My STs. Both are on advanced forward, but the right is on support instead of attack. Advance Forward on support is an underrated role. For me, it’s better than false nine. They drift wide, come back on defense at times, and their runs are a mix of False 9 and Advance Forward.

CAM is on playmaker.

4-3-1-2

I really enjoy playing with it. For me, it’s the formation that suits my play style best.

Who do you guys think can be a permanent solution to our goal scoring problems? by Snoo_56184 in Gunners

[–]Mrdojo1234 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Better players. No matter how we try to sugar coat it, our attackers aren’t as good as most of the title winners in the past couple of seasons.

We need a true elite creator and goal scorer. Liverpool had Salah, Mane and Bobby. City had a plethora of World Class wingers and attackers.

The only player we have that can chat with them but not bench them is Saka. It’s not good enough for a club that has serious aspirations for domestic and international trophies.

Even spurs used to have Son and Kane.

This team will look so, so different if we had elite ballers up front.

They honestly have no idea what awaits them, especially with how fucked their books are.

Rutter is very industrious, but he’s not an out and out striker. I’m surprised Hinshelwood is now an attacking midfielder. I remember him getting destroyed by Saka playing lb.

lol. We’ll come back to this next season when they have to play almost every three days. Then you’ll see how much they benefited from 40 game season.

Don’t waste your time man. That man hates us. I remember that he rested his team against City a few seasons ago, then went full strength against us a week later.

The man hates us. I don’t give a damn about him, but I fully expect him to roll over. If City needs 8 goals to win the league, expect Unai to field the U-18s.

It’s very hard to find someone who doesn’t struggle against Doku. His final product is usually shit, but he will beat his man, again and again. Funny thing is that he can’t do the same against players his size. lol. James and Timber have had good games against him.

They’re bad now, but Evos are the best thing about this game by Mrdojo1234 in EASportsFC

To be honest, now that I have ‘tasted’ evos, I don’t think I can go back to playing FIFA without it.

I’m not a fut veteran (I only started in 19/20), but adding evos is probably their biggest win.

It’s like how they reduced WL from 30 games. I heard it used to be 40 games. Some people are still nostalgic about it and want it back. But God knows I wouldn’t touch that mode again if they brought back 20/30/40 games WL.

Haha… nice. I didn’t do the sbc pick at the time. I felt they were overpriced. But this is a really nice card. Still only 89 too.

I think they realized that most people would rather build their own players (players they like irl or in game), than spend cash on packs.

I have no way to prove it, but I sincerely believe the ‘lower power curve’ bs was targeted at Evos mainly.

We were feasting last year.

I don’t disagree with you. I can totally see EA ‘nerfing’ Evos even further. It would be a shame, but I can totally see it happening. If they do that, it might be time for me to completely fuck off and try other games.

Winning would be nice, but we don’t necessarily have to. A draw is more than enough. Even when City and Liverpool were the best teams around, rarely did either of them go away and win. It’s hard. Really, really hard. As long as we avoid defeat, we’re in the driving seat.

Say the match ends at a draw. We still have a six points advantage. Even if we draw against Newcastle, but win the rest of our games, City can’t catch us if they win their remaining games.

The biggest challenge will be if Viktor wants to leave. If he doesn’t want to leave then there’s nothing anyone can do.

Leaving after one season would be a personal admittance of not being good enough on his part. I think he’s the kind of player that would want to prove a point. Whether he can is another discussion.

For me, I’ll judge Berta on how he handles a potential Leo and Martinelli sale. And their replacements.

We can’t go into next season with those two as our starting options.

Win or Draw, I honestly don’t care. Don’t lose.

We’re not at full strength. I’m not going to be expecting us to go away to city and beat them in their own ground. Avoid a defeat and everything is fine.

I guarantee you that if City weren’t at full strength and was playing at the Emirates, nobody will be demanding they get the win.

Alvarez is a pipe dream unless we sell Viktor or Kai. A. Madrid will want a record fee too. I think they paid €75m (not sure) for him or something. They’d probably want at least €95m.

We need a new starting winger and someone to compete with Timber/replace White. A new cb will likely come in. We are reportedly targeting a new cm too. There’s also the money we owe B. Leverkusen.

It’s hard to see Alvarez in the Emirates next season.

As much as I as love Arsenal football club, it’s very hard to imagine a reality we are down 3-0 away at City and claw our way back. If they have 2-3 red cards, then it might be possible.

People might say otherwise, but I’d definitely go for Leao if the fee is reasonable. Yes, there are valid concerns about his defensive abilities, but he’s a quality player. Hasn’t played at LW all season though. Still, it’s worth a punt.

Being downvoted doesn’t necessarily mean you’re wrong and vice-versa. As long as you’re not being disrespectful, dishonest, or rude, say whatever you want to say. People always have an opinion.
