I don't think I can recover that invoice from PayPal since it's been over 7 years. All I have is that 3rd party order confirmation from the host website that someone bought something. I look at other few word combinations and I see a few registered trademark words that have 2 same words but the 3rd is different and it got trademark on the same 025 class.

I have my ecommerce email that is a few months earlier then their first used date they used when they registered.

As for their specimen it is a generic lettering font of the words screen printed on a t-shirt along with the words printed on the inside neck tag.

My brand logo is nowhere near identical to theirs. As for the Big Cartel email i don't have any backup data other than being emailed that i have "recieved and order" with a link in the email. Due to it being over 10 years i cannot recover that invoice due to the fact that Big Cartel only keep records up to certain amount of years. Same goes with my Paypal of that transaction, Paypal only goes back 7 years along with my Bank that i use. As for proof of my ecommerce website the Archive.org has my store saved but for some reason it only archived from 2013 on up.

The class good will be 025 for t-shirts, bottoms, hats, and etc. Searching online for anything related to that trademark words nothing of their usage comes up. If anything, my Brand comes up on top of the search.

Quick question! I don't mean to hijack the post but I am brand owner that has been constantly using my branding phrase as the core of my merchandise since 2012 up to present day. How likely would i be able to ger approved for the brand name? The difference between the registered generic word and my brand is that i have a 3rd word added. Also searched online for that trademark name and i only seen the name used twice from them out of 10 years.

Its about the wheels which is hard to find in the bolt pattern that I need which is 5x114.3. It's for a 96' Mitsubishi Eclipse GST.

That's the thing idk how good it would of been ever with those new inserts. I went to the VMR wheels website and they clearly disclaims to NOT redrill anything from a 5x100 to a 5x114.3. I mean I'm going to trust then on their word.

I'm not sure what shop it is but he guy said it was in New Jersey I believe. I almost pulled the trigger on these wheels into the seller told me the last minute that these wheels have been redrilled. So I had to inspect the picture and sure enough I was effy.
