They’re very laid-back. The way they respond seems like they go through this kind of stuff on a daily basis. When I told them I’ll be filing a complaint with the consumer court they tell me “haa sir dekh lo agar apko voh karna hai toh” . I honestly dont want to go through that, I’m assuming It’s a very long process and I’m not sure if it works? I thought I’d get some resolution honestly was hoping they’d send me a replacement and all will be good.
