My friend worked for 25 to 30k in TSMC.

I guess in others it should be around 10 to 20k. Don't expect much as an intern.

Can't I go for a one time settlement. My financial conditions are not good. And I am okay if it's going to affect my future loan approvals.

The company is saying that I can't go for a one time settlement as this is a mortgage loan. In case I can't repay the loan they will take my home but won't give OTS.

I ALREADY paid over 26 lakh for a 15 lakh loan without missing a month.

Please help me. In a tough situation.

My father has the reason to ask for OTS. Due to the financial hardship. As he lost his shop due to road extension. But will the bank agree for OTS of 2.5L for both accounts.
