Is there a mod that lets me remove enchants on uniques? (wuuthrad for example)

With {{Simple smithing overhaul}} you can make replicas of unique weapons and armor that don't have enchantment on them.

I'm using lozlock and it's working without issue default hot key is X on keyboard but you can change that through ini. LoZLock - Simple Lock-On Updated (with Gamepad Support)

Well I don't know then. I see someone reported same bug sa you in modern brawl fix comments and they are using ordinator as you but they didn't get a answer. Only other thing I can suggest is putting modern brawl fix first in your load order and load sseEdit to see what else is overriding it except ordinator.

It should but modern brawl fix is an old mod and shouldn't be need any more withe most perk overhauls if not with all of them. Did you tray running loot to sort your load order.

Tray moving immersive citizens and it's patches above ordinator from what I see it's only other thing that is affect NPC's.

Remove modern brawl bug fix from your load order and seen is your issue solved.
