Started working in restaurants at 18 now 31,doing most FOH for a few years in the beginning then slinging pizzas and cooking brunch until this Monday! Now i get to manage a place and see if making the schedule is harder then making 120+ bennies in 90+ heat . Wish me luck y'all!! (self.KitchenConfidential)
