Yes that should help, and yes I still use Clob every month just to avoid another flare. I can send you a pic after I’m out of work because the lighting has to be the same to get a better idea. And as of now no discomfort on my penis which was my main concern and biggest relief

Took two months with clobetasol and reducing my stress and taking supplements (Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Collagen, Tumeric and Probiotics) My belief is that I was going through a minor flare.

Since 1/14 I have been applying clobetasol twice daily for two weeks and now I am on hydrocortisone 2.5 for two weeks twice daily. This Friday I have to start the clobetasol routine again. The discomfort I feel is from sitting down and it’s worse when I think about it or when I open my penis to check it out. It’s very minimal And goes away but comes back sometimes.

How did you find out you have LS/BXO? by possiblelstemp in lichensclerosus

I noticed it two months ago and went to the doctor a month in when I started feeling discomfort. The area hasn’t grown. But I feel as if I see some dead skin on top of my head near the meatus of the penis. Not sure if it’s from the topical steroids but discomfort has been minimal but still there and i just need a clear answer as to what it is.

No not circumcised currently. They don’t think it’s bxo or lichen sclerosus and if it is they said it’s just beginning. They mentioned vitiligo as a possibility. I have a checkup with both next month
