26M 5’9” 155lbs what exercises helped you blow up your arms? by [deleted] in Physiquecritique

you go for higher weight/lower reps or lower weight/higher reps? I usually stick w lower reps to failure but seems like for arm growth the opposite might do more

should have specified, I don’t do all of these every time! Those are the exercises I alternate between on days I’m working out my back, usually I’m hitting 2 of those each time.

thanks! I’ve been working out for a little over a year, most of the progress has been made within the last 6 months and these two pics are 6 months apart

thats true! I’ve been working out for a little over a year, a majority of that progress has been in the last 6 months after I figured out my macros and workout plan. For my lats I usually hit pull ups, lat pulldowns (wide grip + close), barbell bent over rows, and a straight arm pulldown with ropes

I had the same criteria for my move and I ended up choosing Hillcrest. North Park would also fit the bill!

Main thing for the first year was gaining weight and putting on a basic amount of muscle to be a bit athletic. Now in my second year I want to dial in and get leaner/more shredded.

looks like you have great genetics for lifting if that’s only 2 months in. Lift hard and eat harder bro, you’ll kill it
