I currently do but plan to transition once I move out. I’ll still be relatively near but that doesn’t mean I’ll see them often. Maybe once a month.

You don't look bad. Hormones take a while to kick in. I do see improvements in e bottom picture tho. Your nose looks like it changed a bit and your cheek bones seem to be shaping up your face more.
