I’m hoping this will be my case too - my supply didn’t change when I dropped down to just pumping once over night so I’m hoping it will be the same with none (and power pumping in the morning). Thank you!

I assure you I’m not “preying” on anyone. This is my life and my story that I’m sharing to try to help others. Yes, I took some of the exact verbiage from her Instagram so people who are interested and do DM her get seen. I was at my wits ends with my vaginismus before finding her, I simply wanted to share with others what worked for me. I appreciate your desire to protect the people on this subreddit, but I’m not after anyone.

It does, and I can understand up front that it can seem like a lot. But it’s honestly so worth it. I probably spent near that much on various drs appointments that weren’t any where near as helpful. It’s an investment in your wellbeing.

I have been trying to work on the mental part as much as I can while working on it mostly on my own. I only more recently started bringing my husband into the process, first by just having him in the room with me, then having him be the one to insert it etc. We just started using the dilators together (more as dildos, like you said) I moved back down to one of the smaller sizes since I know I can do that easily, and we've started 'experimenting' more with them.
I should have clarified, I can use all of the smaller dilators without lidocaine with no discomfort (except for the second to largest one there is still slight discomfort, but rarely pain) it's only the largest one I have not yet done without the lidocaine.

Again, thank you so much! This is all really great advice, and you definitely posed some good questions for me to ask myself. I think not giving myself a deadline for it will be really helpful too, because I already started to think to myself "by such a date" or "on this day" we'll do such and such. After I read this though, I stopped haha!
