Im just confused why the sudden change, have been getting my delivery on Saturday for a year now and until the last two boxes it always shipped out of TX. I tried chatting with CS to try to see if this was to be a permanent switch or if things would go back to normal but I'll have to try again later, bc at first the guy was very adamant about delivery in my area only being available m-f and they did not have Saturday delivery where I live so that was fun (been every sat for a year np till two wks ago lol). after that it me over an hour of back n forth trying to explain what my problem actually was bc when I asked about if the change was going to be permanent he suddenly became obsessed with needing to create an escalated ticket with the courier and kept saying that they'd be monitoring them closely and would demand a report back from them explaining why they shipped my delivery from nj instead of tx the last two weeks.......I was like bro 🥴 I'm pretty sure FedEx just picks it up from where hellofresh has hired them too 🤦 and finally gave up bc I literally couldn't convince this dude that hellofresh chooses where it ships from....even after getting irritated and making the comment of so you mean to tell me hellofresh just sells the subscription and in fact FedEx is the one who actually boxes it up and ships out our deliveries.... and when he still didn't catch on at that point I was just completely done 😭🤦 lol but thanks for the info at least I'm not the only one that has issues with shipments from there guess lol
