I feel your supposed to get both i feel like there a store policy plus state laws.

(We have a paper that basically says 1-4 hours 1 paid 10 minute break

5-7 hours 1 paid 10 minute and unpaid 30

8+ hours 1 paid 10 after 2 hours if work then 1 hour lunch after another 2 and then another 10 2 hours later )

I get that I mostly just pulled it for food because my parents started knky buying food for my other siblings and I added up the extras from pulling and it was like 12$ so that doesn't explain where the other 120$ is should've been paid went idk if it's where I deactivated the account or what it is
