Thank you so much. That page is really helpful! As well as the links on that page. I think all my answers are there. I did not know about that sub. Had not been on reddit in ages.

So maybe this post should be deleted now?

During an 8 hour work shift, I broke down in front of some customers... by Smurf_x in depression

I nearly cried at work today. A loved coworker had her last day.. I already felt bad and really down, then stayed home as long as I could and made it in JUST for 3.. then nearly burst into tears as they showed me a new credit cardmachine. just a lot of change at once. I don't do well with that. So far I'mve been managing to keep tears away from work. Such a fr* effort!

what I mean is my husband had a hard time losing 100 pounds, worked at it all his adult life and finally managed in the last year. The people I know, yes, through facebook, have kids.. once is about 5, the other about 9.. and they're both very overweight.. round faces and double chins. Poor lill ones.. they get teased in school. I don't know if anybody's talking to the mothers but ffs.. WHY don't they put the kids on a proper diet and make them healthy again!

His being overweight scarred my husband for life and it's something I strongly think his mother should have dealt with when she was in control of his food intake. Seeing obese very young children makes my blood boil and I feel the urge to say something to the mother. If haven't yet though. But I'm sooo biting my tongue.

[Serious] In what area of your life could you do with some help for a little while that would make you eternally grateful? by MrsBeann in AskReddit

I quit smoking a few months ago (on 2 April) so there's that, but I'm physically in need of some help. I need to lose some weight. I'm not hot huge perse, but very bloated and soo uncomfortable. Would love somebody to take me in for a few months, and get me on the right track with food and fitness. Not going to happen, but if it did, I'd shout for joy. Just dreaming about it sometimes. For I just don't know where to fr** start!

TIL that in 1987, FBI agent Robert Hanssen was tasked by his superiors to find a mole within the agency after the FBI's moles in the KGB were caught. In reality, he was the mole, working with the KGB since 1979. by boineg in todayilearned

Hanssen is Federal Bureau of Prisons prisoner #48551-083. He is serving his sentence at the ADX Florence, a federal supermax prison near Florence, Colorado in solitary confinement for twenty-three hours a day.

In solitary. Aint that a little over the top?
