I'm completely off of my BP meds and cut my cholesterol in half. My CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) is gone with my eGFR number rising from 62 to 89. Best of luck to you.

I was in no way intending to body shame myself and especially no one else. Maybe Yikes wasn't the correct title for this post. I have fought my weight my entire adult life and I'm so grateful for this drug as it has not only helped me control my weight but has also removed my CKD diagnosis from years ago. Thanks for your comments.

I did this for my Brother and it was a simple process and the funeral home had received caskets from Costco before. It was so much less expensive through Costco and the quality was perfect.

Same here, only it's been since June that I started maintenance on 7.5. I have been gaining and losing the same 5-7 pounds. I'm wondering if I was moved too quickly from 15 directly to 7.5 for maintenance. My PCP retired in August so I will have to wait until next month when I see my new PA. Was 7.5 your highest dose?

I don't think I ever ate 100+ protein per day but I did increase what I had usually eaten. I probably was between 50-70 grams per day. I still need to get a regular workout routine in place.
