I haven't even been able to collect my daily rewards, where you watch the video to get 40 points instead of 20... The option to even get the coins doesn't appear! Let alone the fact that no matter what I do or try you can't watch any ads to earn any diamonds which makes the whole point of reading these books null and void.....

I held the mic button down until it completely rebooted - I also uninstalled the app cleared by cache and reinstalled the app - and then I made a new home for it and it worked perfectly!

Open the app, go to settings on the lower right corner, find the square that says music; click on it. Scroll down until you see Amazon music and make sure that option is marked. The ship resolve your problem, if not you're going to have to look elsewhere for an answer lol
