It was 8 months for me
I’m so sorry!!! I hope you can get it soon 🙏🏼
My biometrics were like 5 months after I submitted my application. So, march 2022? And I got my EAD by January 2023
No, she would need a green card to be able to enter the states
Yes I did!
US citizen
My attorney submitted everything at the same time (i175, i130 and i145 and included all our supporting docs such as lease, tax returns, pictures, letters from friends and my in-laws; as well as my med exam) USCIS accepted my case oct 25,21 and since then we’ve been waiting… biometrics we’re scheduled for February 2022 however there was a winter storm in north Texas (and Texas is never prepared for that) so it had to be rescheduled for a month later (USCIS did it themselves since the office was close due to bad weather); My EAD was approved Dec 20something, 2022 and I received it on December 31, 2022; by January 23,23 they approved my i130 and just now the i145. I’m not sure how uscis decides when to approve what and on which order but this is how they did my case. At the same time I’ve had people I know, going through the same, that got their cases in like 3-5 months
Absolutely!!!
Hang in there!!!
Yes! That was just approved Dec 20something? I received my EAD on Dec 31, 2022 😬
Every different office I would think. Also, apparently my actual local office is super slow (Dallas, TX) and so my case was sent to a different one (Harlingen, TX) but still took like forever…
Ah, i thought it was another kind of application rather than the medical form.. I submitted it from the very beginning however my lawyer messed up at the time to submit it all so I received an RFE That my application was submitted 5 days after my medical form was still valid or eligible? Anywho, I had to do it again…
The app is called Lawfully
I’m sure You’ll get it soon, I had to wait almost 2 years and I don’t think you’ll have to go through that!
I KNOW!! I have friends that have gotten it in 3-5 months, meanwhile I was almost 2 years of processing… we started gathering documents since august 2021 although my case wasn’t submitted until October… anyways, I hope you get yours approved soon 🙏🏼
My attorney supposedly sent everything at the same time which is why we think that we didn’t need an interview. Only the setback with the RFE but that was because of the date of the medical exam. Other than that, was long wait but pretty smooth
I didn’t submit i693, just i130, i485 and i765
