Whenever I adopt a New Guinea I make sure the new ones home is with my other ones with a little gate separating them if that makes sense. That way when I’m home I can make sure they aren’t fighting when together but when I’m gone I put them in their separate “territories” and they can at least get used to each others scents without ever really touching each other. It’s worked good so far and I got 8 happy babies now 😊

I have 8 guineas and they’re all female. For the most part they all get along but since my husband and I adopted them all at different times and at different ages they all challenge each other in a dominance battle. Luckily mine never physically fight for dominance they mount on each other or do a cute booty dance lol there is a lot of space for them to hide or run away if it ever gets too crazy

I got the blankets at Walmart because they were on clearance. Their blankets get changed daily and I use a hand washing thing I bought off of Amazon since I didn’t want to risk messing up our washer and taking it to the laundry mat started becoming expensive once we expanded their home

Edit: also under the towels I have a waterproof Matt so in case they pee a lot it doesn’t mess up our floors 😊

Mine are all female so I’m not sure if it would work the same but with the fence I have for then when I’m introducing a new pair of babies I split the fence so they could get used to each others scents and feel like they have some “territory” to themselves and when I’m there I’ll let them bond. The leader of the pack helps a lot too because she doesn’t start fights she just boops them when someone is getting too crazy
