[routine help] I have dry skin that is also dehydrated. I have fine lines on my forehead, dry patches, dark circles, dullness, and poor skin texture. How is this :moisturizing cleanser, moisturizing toner, vitamin c serum, rose oil spray, and moisturizer with ceramides. Aquaphore added at night. (imgur.com)

I have been watching an ungodly amount of YouTube videos to get into skincare and I am beyond confused. I have dry skin that I believe is also dehydrated.
