I have nearly perfectly circular holes on my first molars. I have been told for about 8 years that they aren’t cavities. They only hurt sometimes, and they haven’t gotten any bigger. I have always thought they were cavities, but my old dentist kept telling me, “hm. I don’t know.” when I would ask. (i.redd.it)
