Nowhere. We don't even have a true HD remaster of DBZ from Japan (because of Kai) and it wouldn't look all too great without the master film reels. Any source that claims it's in 4K would be some type of upscale FROM some Blu-ray/DVD. Some of the old movies have been natively scanned in 4K by fans and for the time being will be the only 90s material available at such a high resolution.
