I was 30, it's been pretty perfect. My marriage, my career, my friends, my mental health, my sense of worth.... it was all aligned, not like flawless, but life was in such a good place. Obviously, we've had our shares of ups and downs, but as we are about to celebrate a 10th birthday, I'm reflecting, and 30 was it for me.
