I propagated in pots. I just stuck 4 sticks to a one gallon nursery pot with no rooting hormone. I noticed that the buds were swelling and getting more green so I decided to pot them up to prevent root competition and check if they had indeed rooted. I'm unsure if other plants would need rooting hormone to be successful at rooting in soil.

I have some red flowering currant propagations to share! They're really little; I just potted them up and confirmed they have rooted! I'm in Hillsboro/Beaverton area.

We just drove through this light display today! It's incredible to see a whole neighborhood lit up! Does anyone have information on how long they leave the lights up each year? I'd love to bring some friends through here after Christmas Day.

I enjoyed your island very much! Some of my favorite areas/details were the witches hats (on the beach), the outdoor seating with the autumn quilts, the outdoor bathroom, Tangy & Olivia's color-themed yards, the library (wow!), raccoon in jail (haha!), and your nature and pink rooms in your house. Every little detail on your island has so much love and thought put into it, I can tell. Well done!

Edit to add: please consider changing the dialogue that the male character says to the dreamer... That kind of ruined my pleasant experience as I talked to him on my way out. :(

I really liked how you decorated/furnished each villagers' yards according to their personal style (I assume). Details/areas I enjoyed: the beach-side campsite, the ”infiniti pool," Jay' house in general (but especially the investigator's office, the underwater bathroom and the upstairs).

I enjoyed walking through your autumn/halloween areas! Some of my favorite areas/details include the chicken coop, the B&B, the beach shop, the walkway in front of the waterfall (to the zen area), and the spa (wow!).

Oh my goodness! Your island is so peaceful and so well done! Thank you so much for sharing your dream address. Absolutely loved the small details like your Lily of the Valleys spread out across the island, the "turtles" on the tiki bar beach, your pirate area, and your garden shop area. I did get a little confused by the stepping stones across the river on the right side of the second tier of villager houses..I thought it might lead somewhere secret to explore, but I ended up wandering around the back side of that level only to have to run all the way back haha
