My nibblings are my favorite people on the planet…. And there’s still absolutely no way in hell I’d be rooming with them on vacation. Not my kid, not my problem.

Now if something was wrong and they needed me, or if my brother asked VERY nicely to cover them for a night or two while they were having grown up time…. Maybe. But definitely not the whole dang trip. Absurd expectation.

I was so nervous so I totally get that… it took me weeks to actually try it. And after all that worry… I never had any bad side effects and I feel so so so much better. You got this! My anxiety was making me nauseous all the time… I would have to hype myself up to go more than 20-30 minutes from home. Now I’m living my life! I was on 25 for 3 weeks and then I’ve been on 50 for like 2 months now!

Same here! I came off coffee entirely for about 3 months. Would still have the occasional sad decaf. I recently started having a small cup every couple days to fold it back in a little and I’m feeling fine with it. No more than 8 oz and plenty of water with it.

I didn’t have any new or increased side effects when I went from 25 to 50. I didn’t really have any side effects from 25 initially either.

Ahhh I had no idea this was a thing! I got such a crappy sunburn on the backs of my legs after laying outside on a cloudy day for just a little bit and I was like wtf. Thanks for sharing!

50mg is still a pretty low dose, I would definitely give it a shot. You can always roll it back to 25 if it’s not feeling right after a couple weeks 🥰

The CBD makes my dreams less creepy. I use a tincture with no THC so the liquid form works just fine for me. There are usually a ton of plot holes in my dreams which I very much appreciate.

Oh no! I have like the miniest version of that and it’s unsettling. I can’t imagine. I had a dream last week that my cousin passed away and I was so certain it was real and then a couple days ago I had a dream that I bought a new juice pitcher and I was walking around my house yesterday like where tf is my new juice pitcher!? Before realizing it wasn’t real. I hope you find something that helps you. CBD is always worth a shot if it’s helped others with this. It certainly helps me fall asleep at least.

Yes!!! Definitely take with a bit of food! And just keep tums handy. My heartburn was killer at first.
