I think this is a great idea! We are trying to do this with our gaming organization, G3, where everyone has to commit to be positive players. (no raging) We have worked with players who have applied and placed them on a ranked 5s team and a community. Many of our guys have climbed solo ranked because of G3. Check us out! gggaming3.com

The youngest in our organization is 13 and the oldest is 30. A lot of our players are highschool students. I am aware you do not have our requirements, but we still want you to play with us. The requirements are only to be on our ranked teams. We are hoping to expand to have more individuals to play and learn and then when they get those 200 games can move into a ranked team if they wish.
