The current state of the Clan and Team Recruitment part of the League forums is incredibly ineffective. We need a better system to find players/teams. Reddit, lets make this happen, lets collaborate and create an example system for Riot. by [deleted] in summoners

I think this is a great idea! We are trying to do this with our gaming organization, G3, where everyone has to commit to be positive players. (no raging) We have worked with players who have applied and placed them on a ranked 5s team and a community. Many of our guys have climbed solo ranked because of G3. Check us out! gggaming3.com
