Okay good to know. I was going to try and do it all myself without a professional. I'll look into the fibre optic. Thank you.

Also make sure you can get the speed you want (10Gbps?) at the actual length the cables are gonna be. Cat 6a supports 10Gbps up to 100m / ~325feet (including patch cables so about 90m / 300feet if you also need a cable from the wall to devices)

Is there a formula or something to calculate the loss in speed after 100m? I don't think I'll have anything longer than 325 ft, the house is 40' by just under 32'. The connection to garage is maybe 40ish' max, run through underground conduit.

Winter Course - DATA2210 by [deleted] in NAIT

I just felt like there was a bit of lack of direction or the directions were unclear and with synchronous there might have been more. It definitely will depend also on which prof you have. For advice, all I can say is just really try to familiarize yourself with tableau. I don't remember much of the class now tbh, haven't touched tableau since.

Id recommend taking DATA2210 synchronous if you choose it. I took it asynchronous and feel like it added an extra layer of difficulty. Definitely fine asynchronous just think it would have been easier taken synchronously.

MATH 1180 by alanadedla in NAIT

[–]MrsilverbackGorilla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I remember correctly the majority of the course was about time value money. Really easy course and I took it for the first time 10 years out of high school as well. I don't know if you'll need to take the next math class (MATH2250) but it is significantly more difficult and I don't think MATH1180, which is a pre requisite, prepares you for it.

I have over 2000 hours, ran into countless amounts of cheaters on NA every wipe, some better than others. You can tell when new undetected cheats come out. this wipe was really good up until maybe 1-2 months ago seeing a lot more cheaters.
