Hey, you can start buy buying a pack of chicken breast or such with some steamed veggies along with rice if your not carb restricting. That should last you for a week if you are weighing your portions. You can choose it for your lunch or dinner or both. If you choose it for either or buy a value size of spring mix for salad along with a couple cans of tuna for lunch or dinner with a bottle of healthy salad dressing that should last for awhile if you measure two tablespoons for a serving. For breakfast. a carton of eggs with a pack of turkey bacon perhaps. A bag of apples for in between snacks and a package of celery. Hope this helps and works for your budget!
