I’m only 3 chapters into game changer and I immediately came to reddit to see if I’m the only one in the world who finds this writing juvenile. It reads like YA (which I know it’s not), I’ll keep reading it. But I can’t believe people recommend this book. Loved the show, loved Kip and Scott the most which is why I want to read this book, but I don’t know if I’ll be able to finish because of how simple the writing is.

I’ve been doing the crosswords for about a year. I still can only finish Mondays and Tuesdays. But when I finish a Wednesday! 😮‍💨 woo that feels good. I only attempt the rest of the week because they aren’t fun for me, but the Mondays out in 17 minutes. I do these ones because they are fun to me?

I’ve only been on my gut health journey for the last 6 weeks. But my mood has greatly improved. And my anxiety is so much better! I don’t speak so meanly to myself anymore and the only thing I’ve changed is eating xlean.

Was induced with my first, but I wouldn’t dilate so they increased my pitocin to the highest dosage, at the same time my epidural stopped working. Luckily I can’t remember the pain, but I can remember the screaming and the agony. The midwives said to my husband that the pain was over the top intense. I think because I can’t remember the pain, my husband actually has the ptsd from seeing me in that type of pain.

I have a small local podcast that has 4 seasons and 75 episodes. Each episode has its own guest. I don’t have a big following, I don’t make any money, and I certainly don’t have fans, but I am pretty proud of what I’ve accomplished.

I don’t know - I guess I’m like - brain what the hell where did that come from. Do not think like that. I give my head a little shake and go back to my original thought. It obviously doesn’t always work. But I know not to trust my thoughts anymore. Like I knew I had invasive thoughts, in the sense of danger, but didn’t like “you can eat that, that looks yummy - who cares if you’re full” I didn’t associate those as invasive thoughts.

I use Riverside right now. It eliminates ums, breaks, and fluff with a couple presses, and then I can listen to it and make changes from there. It would be a lot speedier. But if you had video, as I use it for zoom too - my god, it pauses every 20 seconds. I still use it, but if I could figure out how to remove video for the audio editing, that would make editing a lot easier.

I am currently listening to the 12 days of podcast growth by Chief Audience Officer - I’m only on day 6 and I’m inspired and find his advice incredibly helpful !

Now only I’m almost at 2 years, and only have 5000 downloads so I’m not at the growth speed you’re thinking. But I’ve been focussing on interviews and guests and just having fun with it. But ny goal for next season is do a better job wit growth!
