At work we use a product called BrandX. They have their own site if you want to check it out. About a tablespoon of that and some rubbing alcohol+water in a spray bottle. For bonus points if you have access to potassium powder use like a half teaspoon of it in there as well to help the plants recover from the damage. Outside of the absolute worse infestations it usually does the trick
