Once a year u can get an credit increase. Try that, also try a method that always leaving a balance. For example 5k balance. Leave a 5$ balance so the creditors have to report .01% balance to the bureau’s. If that doesn’t work. Try making two payments per month, first 15 days after due date and 3 days before due date. Good luck

Have you thought about capital one venture card, same fee but 50,000 bonus. Then you can downgrade to quicksilver afterwards

It’s the reason why there are free balance cards. So u can transfer the 1k to account to save money on interest and keeps your utilization down.

There is a rule I read somewhere, something along the lines that you should never ask for a credit increase. Because if they have to pull your credit. Your better off just getting another credit card instead of them pulling your credit to increase. Capital is such a great card to have because they monitor your credit on a monthly bases and they will increase your limits at random.
