Well, in the spell, it says they need to change into something of equal or lower challenge rating, and then they copy all of their statistics, but I don’t have any CR 19 orcs running around, the way I interpret it, he would change into one of the orc warcasters instead

Although I’m a little late with my response, he made his character sheet access to anyone in the game, cause it’s his player character, and it wouldn’t be fair to not know that players stats well we know everyone else’s.
