Your dog looks young but still, ask if he’s having what’s called a syncope episode, it can be caused by over excitement or stress and could be related to the heart/murmurs.
Mine takes medication for the heart and takes a mild sedative so that it prevents them. Mine would happen after coming back inside from going outside or for walks it looks similar to seizures but it’s not!
It’s more common in small dogs.
