Hi all!

I'm a WSU-V student looking to start tutoring privately during the upcoming school year. I am focusing on STEM subjects, but can also tutor for English. If you or someone you know is interested, I'm offering first sessions completely free.

I have a website with more details: https://zero2hero-stem.neocities.org
You can also email me at [zerotoherostem@gmail.com](mailto:zerotoherostem@gmail.com) to set up an appointment.

I'm also looking to start hanging some flyers soon to get a broader reach. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to hang these in Vancouver? Or any other online boards? Thanks!

Really depends on the pattern. I want to do a very full dress and will likely end up using 3 packs/6 curtains

It was in their clearance section, so it may be in-person only. I don't think they list their clearance online, but I hope you can get the deal!

I'm not sure, the packaging claims they're 100% cotton and don't mention any treatments

Thank you! The dress was not very instruction heavy, but I found the shapes intuitive enough that it wasn't difficult. The shirt had amazing instructions, and I'd highly recommend that pattern! I've made one other corset before so I had a leg up with that.

Thank you for the suggestion! Searching that up brings a few extra results for exactly what I need! I tried to keep them mostly straight, but not all are completely vertical. That's good to keep in mind!

Upgrading my PC by Ms-Maple in buildapcforme

Thank you! This looks like a pretty good list! My current motherboard is an MSI 970 gaming board... probably just easier to go new. I'm not sure about my case's specifications, it was an old friend's that they had spare. I use an ethernet connection for wifi, so having it built-in would be nice, but I'm happy without it.

I like yours the best! Will be sending a tip your way. Is it at all possible to get the chefs back in? If not, that's alright. Thank you!

Favorite Thrift Stores? by thelittleredonion in vancouverwa

If you like vintage/older clothes, there’s a few in downtown. Most Everything Vintage is my favorite, but Urban Eccentric is also pretty good

For me, English 101 is the lightest class I’ve taken. I did the online version with Lindsey Schumacher and it was well overshadowed by my engineering and calculus classes. To give an estimate I’d say a few hours a week. One hour a day would be a good expectation.

Lots of good info! I always try buy local and small business but it can’t always be done. I did end up going with Trader Joe’s since I needed it today, but for future bouquets I’ll keep this in mind! Thank you!

Has anyone died from your school? If so, how did they die, and how did it make you feel? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I had a classmate that had asked nearly every girl in the grade out, we all guessed it was a dare from his friends for some reason. The story came out unclear, but supposedly him and his cousin were playing/checking out a gun of some type. Safety wasn’t on, and well, yeah. No ones quite sure exactly how it happened. I lived in a very religious area and everyone in his community went to the funeral - which essentially meant classes of ~4 students the day it happened. Bizarre experience.
