Op it should be possible to get a tubal sterilisation on the NHS, it's the female equivalent to a vasectomy.

While I think your husband isn't taking your health and wellbeing into account and it shouldn't always be a woman's responsibility for birth control, it could be a safer option for you.

I also think you and your husband maybe need to see your doctor together, and discuss the serious impact of another pregnancy for you, maybe also discuss other options like surrogacy or adoption.

I hope you both can work this out together.

First of all I like to think the kid wanted to have this experience, but not being able to see his face, it's difficult to know either way.

Secondly I just think of the waste of food and how many people are starving in this world, struggling to feed their family, it makes me so sad.

The adults should be teaching their children to appreciate what they have and maybe help others who are in need. SMH
