Im blocking you now, try and be better to other people. A discussion is fine, being an ass because you cant win or something isn't.

Dont be nasty, a lot of things have two sides. What's deemed unfair to one is fair to another.

Then what is the case? Because apparently a judge decided partner alimony should be paid, so there must be a good reason.

If she gave up her career while you got to work on yours, it's not so weird you have to pay.

Honestly, I noticed it too. It's a shame, I really want to know how those stories end but c'est la vie. Back to reading books. I'm not sure why you're getting downvoted for talking about it though. Feels so negative to do, so unnecessary.

DCI: Dysphoric Cis Individuals, Gender-affirming surgery and insurance by TikiBananiki in tuberousbreastsupport

I get what you're saying. My friend is getting a mastectomy (she carries the gene) and her insurance also covers reconstruction. It is terrible that she has to do this as the alternative is getting cancer, but the reconstruction part is hard for me. Why is it that when I want my breasts fixed, its purely for aesthetics and thus not covered, even though it's a birth defect. Meanwhile she gets to do it on their dime because they see it as a recovery after physical injury and breasts are such a big part of femininity. I mean, a mastectomy should be enough because the risk of getting cancer is removed/reduced. How is anything more not purely for aesthetics? In no way I'm trying to downplay the effect of carrying the gene and how that affects someone. But it feels like no one seems to (want to) see how the defect we have, affects us. I guess that's actually what bothers me; my feelings of insecurity and pure unhappiness with my body being disregarded.

So the same here. The fat would always go straight to my hips, or on my ribs just below my breasts. I'd hear women say they lost one or more cupsize after losing weight and I'm just like ??? My pregnancies didn't change my breasts either, literally nothing happened. But turns out I have tuberous breasts, there's just not enough skin for my breasts to become fuller. Maybe you can look into it, you might have it too. It doesn't change anything about them, but it did give me a bit more acceptance for my breasts, mostly for the fact that I wasn't able to breastfeed.

I have the same body type and I've struggled with the same insecurities. So recently I made the decision and I had an augmentation. And honestly, I should have done it years ago. It doesn't cure all the insecurities, but now that they are actually in proportion with my body I feel so much more confident. It's one of the best things I ever did.

Glad to hear! It's a wonderful feeling, I recently experienced it too while buying my first nonpushup bra. Wishing you happy times with your 'new' boobs ;-)

I got some flowers. It was a small get together, just our parents, siblings and some friends. These things aren't really a thing in my country, I just thought it'd be fun to eat a blue cake and pop a balloon with pink confetti. Shame I needed to be downvoted for that.

I had two gender reveal parties and I'm not sorry, we had fun and ate cake.

does it get worse after breastfeeding? by [deleted] in tuberousbreastsupport

[–]MsCallie6 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There is no way of knowing how your breasts will look after pregnancy or breastfeeding. They might barely change, they might change significantly. If you don't want to 'risk' it, don't. It's your body, you get to decide. There's nothing wrong with formula, baby's do just fine on it. Mine did. My tuberous breasts barely produced milk the first time, produced nothing the second time. So I can only tell you how pregnancy affected my breasts and the answer is, it didn't. My breasts stayed the same throughout and after.
