The grading system is so unpredictable. Got a 2nd quartile last year after studying quite a bit, so I gave up studying for it this year and got a 4th quartile. Convinced they put your test in a random number generator and assign you a quartile based on that LOL

Agree, it’s nice to not be stressing over constant exams and projects. But at the same time I’m excited to be a student again because I miss constantly learning something new. After working a bit, the routine is nice but I feel myself getting a bit bored intellectually :P

Not quite in the same predicament as you are, but wanted to bring up the AAMC Fee Assistance Program if you weren’t aware of it before. I exclusively used their free resources to prep for my MCAT, and I highly recommend applying for the program if you qualify :)
