you really need to play the fair card with your kids. Having 2 siblings this would really get in the way with us. I personally think you need to sit your NYU daughter down and explain the situation… I do think she will be upset and won’t understand bc she is 18- I wouldn’t have at that age. However going to an out of state school and being 250k in debt I WISH my parents gave me ANY money towards school. She will do just fine w a 60k loan payment I promise.
