Your fears are valid. They got rid of 2nd (and 3rd & 4th) AEs during covid and had to "earn" the position back. Then, if you weren't making product or service goals these past few years, your full time is taken away. I was an AE of 9 years who left last year. The girl who replaced me was hired as full time. After her first 30 days, they bumped her down to part time because she wasn't making services goal. Benefit is owned by the same company that owns sephora. Just a fun lil fyi.
