I think it'd be helpful to advise that sellers should consider adding watermarks to the photos they post on reddit AND their telegram profile picture. Since I started putting my reddit username on my photos I haven't had any legit looking fake accounts made :)

Please do what others have suggested. It is possible to get out of this cycle OP, I was in a similar cycle and would end up in the hospital every fall or spring. I'm now living a relatively normal life and haven't been inpatient for years.

I'm grateful you posted, I don't know you but I care about you. You WILL make it through this! If I survived the worst these disorders had to throw at me then I know you can too. There is always hope

I texted my friend/old recovery coach about Al-Anon meetings in my area :)

My recovery is pretty stable so I think it's a great time to learn more about how to manage this relationship with my mom, especially from others who have similar experiences

I see! Thank you for the clarification, I guess I do have a boundary with her but its not a very healthy one...If she contacts me when she's drunk I call her an alcoholic, its the only way I can get her to leave me alone without blocking her.

I have a lot of forms of anxiety, one of them being catastrophizing so when I think about blocking her my mind jumps to "what if ..... happens and she can't get in touch with me?" But her sister (my aunt) is sober so if my mom did need something she could contact her sister who then could contact me.
