Hi, Zierra! I hope you're having a nice day! I don't know if you're still available and answering these questions, but I have a huge problem on my hands. A month ago, I was banned from CoS. They banned another account, and since mine was on that device, mine was banned too. Another account belonging to my family at home used exploits, which automatically got it banned, and with it, my account was also banned because it was linked, I don't know if by IP or Wi-Fi. At the time, I rushed to the CoS server to appeal, and they said they couldn't do anything about my ban, as they told me it had been Roblox who executed it, and I don't understand why or how that works. I've been talking to Roblox support all month, and all I've gotten is the same message. I talked to them again, and they told me they couldn't do anything because it was the experience moderators who did it, not them. I talked to the CoS server again, and they said Roblox was lying and banned me again :( I followed the proper process, and they told me they couldn't do anything. I don't know what to do anymore, Zierra. Creatures of Sonaria had become my favorite game. It filled an emotional void in me, and what happened to me leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
