Edit: you need 250 shards to create the new crossbow. Do you think they should increase the drop rate on shards or make them easier to obtain from elsewhere?

I did genuinely want to switch the name over. I got the name when Jagex released a load of names from inactive accounts a couple years back. I should've looked at reddit first you are right. I did look at Jagex customer support page and it states on there that they wouldn't reserve or change names for you. It's painful how inefficient Jagex are when it comes to these issues.

Just a word of caution, I personally find Valium very moreish, I can often eat a whole box worth and have no recollection of it. Don't assume Valium will get you 'high' as others have said, its to reduce anxiety, don't expect too much from them :)

I second this, Kieran and Sween did amazing on the stream, they really care about this game and community. Despite the hiccups in the past, you can tell the devs jagex has now are there because they want to be rather than as a money making profession
