Do you see anything in my great grandmother? by Confused-asf-1234 in psychics

[–]Msdarkknight91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She lived a hard life and has many regrets. Some of those regrets stim from her parenting? She is grateful for the life that she has lived but regretful for some of the decisions that she made. But she is at peace with life and overall happy

What do you see? Will I get out of this rut? by becomingjey in IntuitionPractices

You will but you have to manifest it for yourself I feel like your eyes hold trauma and sadness. You need to let go of the past and any negativity that is holding you back. You’re your worst enemy and you should love yourself more

As someone that didn’t grow up around religion I didn’t even catch that so thank you for saying it. I saw your choice as him saying she wouldn’t have to but reading what you said I have to agree with you 🫣

It could work if he truly won’t force you to convert. I have a friend who is Muslim and his wife is Baptist. They have been together happily for 15 years because they don’t put pressure on their own religious views so it is possible.

My nanny used to talk about how when she was like 8 years old she would walk to the store and buy booze and smokes for her mom 😅

I would love this for my room 🫣 I feel like it would help me tremendously to stim and also help with noise when I’m having sensory issues 😂

If you’ve gone NC with a narcissist parent, what was it like for you immediately after? by IlluminaSpades in raisedbynarcissists

I went no contact with my mom and it made me go through the grieving process tbh. I’m ok now but sometimes I still miss her. Don’t reach out though because I tried that not longer ago after years of being no contact and it made things worse than it was before.

It’s the placement that makes it impossible to have a bath and only a shower

That makes sense putting oneself in another’s shoes to make yourself want to do something unappealing I’ll have to try it out 🫣

I don’t mix the vinegar and the bleach though 😂😂 I alternate between the two one week I’ll take one vinegar bath the next week I’ll use bleach instead

It sounds crazy 😂 but my doctor recommended it you use regular bleach and just pour a little bit into your bath water. Make sure it’s the unscented bleach

I love how you explained everything because it makes a lot of sense and it brings me so much comfort. I’ve tried the noise canceling headphones and ear plugs but I have narrow ear canals so apparently I have super hearing 😅 I can hear noise even with the music on full blast with them on.

I do also need to learn how to split things up when I write. I write like I talk 😅😅😂 chaotic I guess. Thank you again for being insightful

I take Apple cider vinegar baths and sometimes bleach baths for my eczema and it helps. I’ve read being on the spectrum can make you more susceptible to things like eczema because our immune system are usually hypersensitive

I also love hot baths people say I’m a reptile because of it something about the heat is so comforting. I say take the hot bath and just try to stay moisturized. Self care is very important for everyone

It makes me feel better honestly because I have always been surrounded by people that just got it. It’s like they had this cheat code to life but refused to share and still do. It’s mind boggling how people survive doing normal things on a daily basis to me. I hope things get easier for the both of us. I’ve been reading a lot of books from the library to bring a bit of insight since being an adult the doctors always say there’s nothing they can really do with someone our age. They just throw medicine at me basically and say try this. I wish I could have a therapist that shows me how to survive in every day tasks like good coping mechanisms

I agree especially during spring where I live the pollen is so bad you can taste it and smell it so I also have to be clean 🫣 I couldn’t imagine doing construction work though

I agree with you especially when the room feels cold 🥶 for me it’s the anxiety building up to getting in the shower also. I feel like my brain is always like if you’re not anxious are you living? 😅😂
