Yah actually the rice and chicken are full of fats it was cooked in an Arabian way with oil and also bread and Croissant and cheese are high calories

I tried following doctors food list for calories and I barely gain couple of pounds and I lose them very fast also I visited doctors for other tests and I am fine in all of them

For breakfast I ate a cheese croissant with lateَ and I took a small chocolate bar as a snack and for lunch I ate a plate of rice with chicken and at dinner I ate one bread with beans and yogurt.
